We must have the right ENVIRONMENT to attract the right people who strive for the right things.

We must have the right STRUCTURES to enable us to measure, track and improve how we achieve our goals.

We must have the right things being IMPLEMENTED so we can achieve our goals.

We must have the right PEOPLE doing what needs to be done, so we can achieve our goals. And the categories must always be approached in the order they’re given here
