About the Course

Designed in conjunction with your health professional. It is important to ensure weekly monitering of progress with your GP. When the body is severely malnourished, the ability for the brain to create new positive neural pathways can be made more challenging.

In this course, we'll be focusing on creating a confidential safe environment for open honest discussion around emotions, thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and actions. One - on -One


Bringing awareness to:


Reactivity vs Response, Cause & Effect, Anxiety & Depression, Certainty & Uncertainty


Exploring the emotional and environmental factors that contribute to your thinking and eating behaviours.


Create a food and mood journal to identify patterns.


Identify restrictive and punitive food rules, values, beliefs and language you may have adopted over time.


Begin to challenge these rules, values & beliefs, reframe social media & diet culture narratives.


Focus on establishing healthy habits , coping strategies and improving body image


Develop practices for self compassion in allignment with your values, to combat negative body image and self criticism.


Exercises to shift focus from appearance & comparison, to appreciating body function and strength


Explore gratitude and mindfulness as tools for self soothing.


Learn to manage uncomfortable emotions , without turning to food.


Focus on solidifying progress  creating lasting change and building confidence.


Address perfectionist tendencies and “All or nothing” thinking around food,  body and life.


Embrace flexibility and self acceptance in your daily habits.


Strategies for managing eating in social settings, family  gatherings, and other challenging situations.


Develop a personalized relapse prevention plan to manage triggers and setbacks with resilience.


Lean how to bounce back from challenging moments with self compassion.


Review your progress , celebrate your victories, and solidify your newfound freedom.


Establish long term habits and goals for maintaining a healthy relationship with food and your body.

My teenage daughter experienced the symptoms of Bulimia, Anorexia, Self Harm, Overdose, and Suicide attempts.
It was a terrifying time navigating this on our own, as this was the # 1 mental health killer at the time, and part of the reason to become a Life Coach.
